In 1945, against the backdrop of the Second World War, nine Filipino contractors banded together to form the Philippine Constructors Association (PCA), in response to the need to get the country back on track. Their first task, rebuild Manila from the ashes of war.

Today, more than 70 years after it was established, PCA is a partner for nation-building, a leading exemplar for the industry here and abroad, a catalyst for change and an organization that embodies excellence and knows that prestige comes with performance.

“By 2025, PCA is the recognized voice of the construction industry in the country, with an expanded membership roster
of    globally   competitive    constructors adherent to    our    code    of ethics and   with more members that have achieved
international recognition in their  fields of expertise. Strengthening, developing   and enhancing the competitiveness   of
the Philippine construction industry, as a catalyst, is our commitment.”

“PCA is an   agent   of  change for the construction   industry. We aim to make our members globally competitive through innovative    technologies, and   business   acumen   while    promoting the highest form   of   ethical   standards. As   nation builders, we serve to benefit our country — the Filipino people, and the world.”
